If you are interested in applying to IMPACT Academy, call (850)325-6301 or email [email protected] to schedule a tour with our school director. Once you’ve met with the school director for a tour and introduction, you will be given a New Student Application Packet for completion.
Submit the original copies of the completed New Student Application, any previous records and required forms, as well as meet all Florida state health requirements and pay the non-refundable enrollment fee.
Once the New Student Application is received, parents are contacted by the IMPACT Academy Director to set up a two-hour shadowing session in the most appropriate classroom for the prospective student.
If your application is approved and your child is ready to be enrolled, you will receive notification by IMPACT Academy that your child has been admitted into the program. Complete the Student Fee Schedule and Payment Commitment, pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the first month’s tuition (if a scholarship has not been awarded), and complete all necessary forms prior to the first day of school.
All students who are admitted will be evaluated by our multidisciplinary team at the beginning of the school year if Tuition Option 1 has been selected.
